Riyadh Chamber HQ

MASC was commissioned to deliver the full design for the new Riyadh Chamber HQ, consisting of two key buildings — a main conference center and a two-story office building — with two additional levels of basement parking. The scope included spatial planning, facade design, circulation strategy, and code compliance. The design balances institutional presence and modern usability, integrating flexible event space with administrative functions across the site. In line with strategic objectives, MASC was commissioned to deliver a complete design solution for the Riyadh Chamber’s new headquarters. The project involved space planning, vertical zoning, and facade articulation, all within regulatory and functional guidelines. The final proposal integrated flexibility, sustainability, and institutional identity to reflect the Chamber’s civic role in Riyadh’s business district.
