KFSH – Real Estate Investment Study

MASC was commissioned to deliver a comprehensive study for 21 land plots (totaling over 401,000 sqm) owned by King Faisal Specialist Hospital. The objective was to determine the highest and best investment use for each plot across residential, commercial, and mixed-use typologies. The study included market analysis, use recommendations, cost modeling, investor profiling, and draft contracts to support long-term strategic planning.
